At our store in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, we have over 600 bulk herbs and spices in stock. About 150 are considered "Culinary" herbs and spices.

Our bulk herbs and spices are the freshest that you can buy. When you buy in bulk, you get the best tasting herbs and spices at the lowest price. Have you ever compared our prices to those of the supermarket? They give you herbs that have been sitting around for years at exorbitant prices! In specialty stores I have seen prices even higher, up to 10x what we charge. If we receive a shipment that is old, or of poor quality, we ship it right back! We feel you only deserve the best. Many of our herbs and spices are certified organic, grown organically, or wildcrafted consciously. They will be marked accordingly on the individual pages where the herb or spice can be found.
Herbs are subject to availability just like other crops. Sometimes we cannot get a particular herb or spice temporarily, or there is a shortage which drives the price up (or down, believe it or not!). Occasionally, we have to drop an item because the quality is not up to our standards, or the FDA deems an herb to be a "controlled substance" which limits our ability to get it.
